product description
LP (R) type submerged pump is a centrifugal slurry pump, generally immersed in the tank or pit, suitable for conveying abrasive or corrosive slurry. The submerged pump is divided into LP type and LPR type, the structure is the same. LP-type over-flow parts and shafts can be made of different special metal materials, suitable for transporting abrasive slurries; LPR-type over-flow parts lined with wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant rubber, suitable for transporting corrosive slurries. LP (R) type submerged pumps are widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, electric power, building materials and other departments.
Model meaning
65Q(L)-LPR
65——Spitting out diameter 65mm
Q——Q type bearing assembly
L——Extended shaft series (no lengthening without marking)
LPR-submerged pump (R is rubber pump, metal pump has no mark)
Structure description
The pump body, impeller and guard plate of the LP type submerged pump are made of wear-resistant materials. The structure is simple and the installation is convenient. The pump body is fixed on the bracket with a bolt. The bearing body is placed on the upper end of the bracket. The bearing body adopts double-row tapered roller bearings on the pump end, and the single-row cylindrical roller bearing on the drive end can withstand the maximum axial load of the pump. . Moreover, the pulley can be easily replaced to change the speed of the pump to meet changes in operating conditions or changes in performance after the pump wears. The bracket is provided with a split mounting plate, and the mounting plate can be conveniently mounted on a steel frame foundation or a concrete foundation. The pump should be immersed in the slurry to work. The suction port of the pump body has a filter screen to prevent large particles from immersing in the pump.
The structure of the LPR pump is exactly the same as the LP type, except that the parts immersed in the slurry are lined with corrosion-resistant rubber. The parts lined with rubber include the shaft, pump body, impeller, guard plate and filter screen, and the submerged part The link bolts are equipped with rubber protective sleeves, and the transmission parts are the same as those of the LP pump.
